John Andrew Kinney

When I found myself facing the prospect of a divorce, I had planned on using one of Omaha's ' Big Name' divorce lawyers until a District Court Judge that I know strongly suggested that I talk to John Kinney. Given that District Court Judges are the ones who hear divorce cases, I figured I should meet... with John. I am so glad that I did! I found John to be professional in his bearing, wise in his counsel and ever mindful of the big picture. Divorce is painful and traumatic,and no lawyer can change those facts.But having John as my lawyer gave me the good fortune to have wise,steady counsel and the conviction that I had a lawyer who would intelligently and aggressively represent my interests.His staff was polite and responsive at all times. John, Is rude, arrogant and is a sales man not an attorney. He talks how the flat rate fee is great for the client, but when he never returns your call it is of no benefit. He told me I was stupid and not to waste his time on issues I found important. He was behind on paper work and his excuse was... he just finished a “Real Important Case”. His legal assistant is fake and never tells you what is going on.
