Federal Court

I needed a Federal lawyer after some troubling times and I picked Mr. Joseph from the internet and called him. Someone must have been watching over me, because this was the best thing i could've done at the time. He was not only helpful for me to understand my rights and my options, but also listen... and responded with a course of action on my case. Besides the legal issues, he also is there to listen and provide courses of action to personal issues. In the end, he came through with the court system for my case and I was very satisfied with the outcome. If I ever need a lawyer, it's on my speed dial!!!

Legal Excellance

I hired Mr. Joseph in March 2014. I am charged with felony possession of marijuana with intent (21-5701a) State of Kansas, Shawnee County, Topeka, KS. I am a first time offender, 68 years old. Mr. Joseph's first success with the court allowed me to return to my home in California which the deputy di...strict attorney was adamant that I not be allowed to do. Since that time Mr. Joseph has corresponded with me often regarding the charges and has forwarded cases for my attention.He has been supportive and available for consultation whenever I've found need to communicate with him. Complex Constitutional Case

I looked for a long time to find an Attorney who had the skill, knowledge and ability to fight a state law that I believed was unconstitutional.
