I am an army brat that graduated Manhattan High School. I recieved my undergraduate at Kansas State University and my Law Degree at University of Kansas. I was the city prosecutor for Manhattan for five years before opening the law firm in 2005.

I was facing 49 months for a Class 3 Felony Distribution of Methamphetamine charge, but Tom kicked some ass and struck a plea to two Class 5 Possession charges. 14 days in jail and 18 months probation, absolutely no prison time!
