Gabriella was my divorce attorney less than a year ago. She ensured I understood all aspects of my divorce and child support as each step proceeded. Gabriella was very compassionate during one of the most difficult times of my life. She encouraged and supported me to push harder for what I deserved. Gabriela Vega Does not understand the law for family court well. She reads & recites the law verbatim from text during court without really understating what it means. The judge continually made her look like a fool because she failed to prove her point. She is also carless with personal information knowing there was a PFA order and knowing the abuser has violated the pfa order multiple times and is waiting trail on felony charges. Having this information on public documents, thus giving the abuser the information, while the victim has the right to keep information private. She carelessly put the victim in immediate danger. She may be good with immigration law, but do yourself a favor and hire a better attorney if seeking a family lawyer. With what she charges, you can easily pay the same for a better lawyer with family law experience.

Failed to submit proper paperwork to the court in a timely manner. Failed to submit witness list therefore her client had no one to testify for her client. She was admonished by the judge twice because of her performance in court. She was a admonished by the judge for failing to submit the proper paperwork that was required by the court. She openly admitted in court that it was her failure. I would not refer Gabriella to anyone because of the performance that she provided

I called for assistance with an immigration and divorce issue and she never returned my calls or made herself available for the appointment her assistant set up over the phone. I called several times to work with her schedule thinking she was just very busy, however, my issue was never resolved and she never contacted me at all.
