Not competent as an attorney
Lindsee came across nice and helpful at the beginning but then quit responding to my calls and emails. My case suffered due to her lack of knowledge and inability to do her job.

Disappointed with the service
Although I didn’t lose the trial, Lindsee failed to submit to the court—on time—all the evidence and information we had gathered over a year and a half. This was a critical oversight. Given the magnitude of that mistake, I felt that a waiver or reduction of fees would have been appropriate, but Linds...

Avoid
Lindsee Acton speaks from both sides of her mouth. Her advice was horrible and she often contradicted bad advice with different bad advice. In the end, I fired her after she exclaimed in a hearing how much she loved opposing counsel. The orders she prepared were inaccurate, using "and" when "or" s...

Read the Reviews
I decided to ignore the reviews about Lindsee because she was so personable during the initial consultation. Unfortunately, my experience has mirrored so many others. She claimed to understand domestic violence and narcissistic abuse but failed to advocate for me when I needed it the most. Besides...

Terrible
Im not going to detail every complaint I had, in the end I would just say the same as the other poor reviews. Lots of excuses, no communication. I got my retainer refunded and found someone who actually wanted a client and is actively working on my divorce.
"I endorse this lawyer. I have opposed Lindsee in several cases and I have found her to be knowledgeable and passionate about her client's cases. As an opposing lawyer, I am happy when I see Lindsee on the other side because I know she is someone that I can work with to resolve issues for our clients in an expedite and professional manner. As a former social worker, she has knowledge about issues that other Family Law attorneys do not."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Lindsee for many years and she has the most upstanding character and work ethic. She is extremely passionate about what she does and it shows when you interact with her. She is very honest and open, so as her client, you can trust that she is doing everything in your best interest. She is also very intelligent and is the person that other lawyers reach out to for advice on their own cases. She knows what she's doing and anyone would be lucky to have her as their attorney."
