Although I didn’t lose the trial, Lindsee failed to submit to the court—on time—all the evidence and information we had gathered over a year and a half. This was a critical oversight. Given the magnitude of that mistake, I felt that a waiver or reduction of fees would have been appropriate, but Linds...ee did not agree. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services

Lindsee Acton speaks from both sides of her mouth. Her advice was horrible and she often contradicted bad advice with different bad advice. In the end, I fired her after she exclaimed in a hearing how much she loved opposing counsel. The orders she prepared were inaccurate, using "and" when "or" s...hould have been used. Sloppy work. Too busy. She seemed to forget who her client was. I hired her to eliminate the drama while every step she took only created unbearable additional drama. I decided I couldn't afford to pay for her mistakes and lack of concern for my family's outcomes.

I decided to ignore the reviews about Lindsee because she was so personable during the initial consultation. Unfortunately, my experience has mirrored so many others. She claimed to understand domestic violence and narcissistic abuse but failed to advocate for me when I needed it the most. Besides... being unreachable the majority of the time, Lindsee also failed to adequately prepare for trial and practically forced a settlement. She told me I wasn't in a good position and would lose. I do believe that is true but due mostly to her lack of communication and preparation. When pressed on the issue, she threatened to withdraw. We were 3 days before trial. I agreed to the settlement and she stayed on my case until confronted with another issue. Now, she has submitted her withdrawal.
