Biography
Since 2014, judges and other attorneys have recognized me as having the highest level of professional excellence for both legal ability and ethical standards and have rated me to be AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. I have resided in the Kansas City area since 1973. Prior to attending law school, I was the co-founder of an adoption agency and the general manager of a family-owned manufacturing company. I have personal experience in dealing with the impact of divorce. I live with my wife in Olathe, Kansas. We have a blended family of five adult children. I am active in community and church activities. In my spare time, I enjoy watching auto racing, KU basketball, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.
