Biography
Mr. Barth works in the firm’s litigation group, representing clients before administrative agencies and in state and federal courts in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Employment Law. Eric’s practice also includes representing both condemning authorities and landowners in the areas of eminent domain and condemnation.
While attending the University of Kansas School of Law, Eric served as a member of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. He also provided legal assistance to indigent clients in the areas of municipal criminal defense, juvenile adjudications, and domestic relations through the Douglas County Legal Aid Society.
