Heather is very aggressive in defending her clients. She represented my ex-wife in our divorce and had no problem telling the judge outright lies and slandering my name in attempt to paint me as the "bad guy" in the divorce. She encouraged her client to try to have my mother arrested for harassment... due to a few text messages that were actually polite and courteous. She encouraged her client to file a false police report against me after her client intentionally damaged her own property in a storage unit. She sent an IWO to my employer and had child support taken out of my pay check before the judge even signed the order. She sets her morals and ethics aside when defending her clients. She's expensive, but worth every penny if you need someone to strongly defend you in a difficult divorce.

I came to Heather in one of the most stressful situations in my life and she came through amazingly. Not only was she able to calm me when I was stressed and answer all my legal questions with knowledge and confidence, but she was a zealous advocate for my case and worked with me to get a fair outco...me. As a result, I am more relaxed and calm than I have been in years and I have a fair and equitable schedule with my kids that was attempting to be denied to me. I would recommend Heather for anyone that is seeking an attorney that will work with them through the toughest times and fight ardently on their side but not try to patronize them with unrealistic or false expectations. Heather literally saved not only my deteriorating health due to the stress I was going through due to my legal matters, but also defended my honor when I was entirely innocent of what I was being accused of during the process of my diversion/probation.
