heather was my GAL when I was maybe 13. I'm 22 now and I'm still disgusted with the lack of advocating for my best interest. she repeatedly favored my father over my mother (and that seems to be a trend throughout her practice based on other reviews). as a result of her favoritism, it put me in multi...ple unsafe situations that I'm still baffled an adult allowed to happen.

Heather is very aggressive in defending her clients. She represented my ex-wife in our divorce and had no problem telling the judge outright lies and slandering my name in attempt to paint me as the "bad guy" in the divorce. She encouraged her client to try to have my mother arrested for harassment... due to a few text messages that were actually polite and courteous. She encouraged her client to file a false police report against me after her client intentionally damaged her own property in a storage unit. She sent an IWO to my employer and had child support taken out of my pay check before the judge even signed the order. She sets her morals and ethics aside when defending her clients. She's expensive, but worth every penny if you need someone to strongly defend you in a difficult divorce.

Heather literally saved not only my deteriorating health due to the stress I was going through due to my legal matters, but also defended my honor when I was entirely innocent of what I was being accused of during the process of my diversion/probation. Not only did Heather help, but she understood, a...nd had my back throughout the entire ordeal. Also with all my chronic medical problems, she went to the ends of the earth regarding information and research about my chronic disease, surgeries, hospitalizations, and medications which could have been a factor in the dilemma I was in. She researched things about my medications that I couldn't have, and I've been doing it for years. She is an amazing, reasonable, and caring person on top of her professionalism, which is without precedent. She not only got me through an extremely difficult, and complex situation/time, but basically saved my life with my chronic medical problems being a huge issue for me. I could never repay her and I'd recommend her for anyone going through anything that she represents because she will do just that, and she will do it the best, at the most elite level. Jake Mc

What can I say....Heather was very professional & went above and beyond to get me more than my fair share of time with my son in a custody case. She answered and returned EVERY single phone call, nowadays that a rarity. It's also more than a professional relationship. I send her pics of my son every ...summer of my son when I have him for 2 months in July/August as a reminder I totally appreciate everything she did for me. I totally recommend her to anyone.
