Tim O’Keefe is so professional while being personal, that I can’t imagine a better lawyer to hire for anything. I was charged with a domestic violence assault which I was not guilty for; and working with the Lakewood courts and Covid procedures, Mr O’Keefe managed to get a trial date set after a de...lay of almost six months. This in itself was a major ordeal, which the prosecutor later commented on; stating how patient Mr O’Keefe had been in our wait on the courts, and how professional he remained throughout. All of Mr O’Keefe’s examinations of the prosecutor’s witnesses as well as the victim, clearly pointed the jury to the real facts; not only that I was innocent but that my arrest was totally unnecessary! The jury returned before 15 min had passed and found me NOT GUILTY of any assault!! I realized this was all because of Mr O’Keefe’s legal knowledge AND his presence in the court room. He is honestly my hero!, this was a 6 month ordeal for me that only Tim O’Keefe got me through.
