Mr. O'Keefe was an excellent choice for a lawyer. I really got lucky that he was available to take my case. Had a DV case that he ultimately got dismissed with no stipulations; records sealed. Which was due to the hard work and due diligence he took handling the case, even when the DA tried to muddy ...the waters and drag things out. He's very conscious about your time and money; does not waste either. Straight forward honest man with a really good personality. I was referred to Tim O'Keefe by legal shield for my case. I was charged with Third-degree assault, False imprisonment, and blocking a road. Tim did a lot of homework to find ALL of the facts of this case which provided him with the understanding of why it all happened. I was attempting to protect my... kids in what I thought was a dangerous situation which turned into me getting the ticket instead. Through out the entire process Tim never gave me false hopes or dreams as far as outcomes on my case. He knows his job well and seems to enjoy protecting the rights of those whom hire him.
