I recently hired Tim to defend my special needs child who had charges pressed against him by a sped teacher at his school. Tim was very up front and honest about all of the possible outcomes and he was very quick to respond whenever I had questions. I appreciated his knowledge and support throughou...t this process and I would definitely hire him again if needed.

Mr. O'Keefe did an excellent job of representation. My daughter was involved in an altercation at school. According to the School Resource Officer (SRO), he was going to send the investigation to the DA's office for charges against my daughter and the other girl initially. After obtaining Mr. O'Keef...e to represent her, he made all of the necessary phone conversations and letters that I believe changed the course of action. Ultimately, the SRO reached out to Mr. O'Keefe to state that he was no longer sending the investigation to the DA’s office after further advisement from his Supervisor. I believe it was the swift actions from Mr. O'Keefe that made the difference. Thank you so much.
