My lawyer changed areas of law and did not bother to inform me. After months of being ghosted. I called Talia in desperation as my case was 3/4 of the way through the process, but time was running out. Knowing no one would want to take a case another lawyer did halfway I was sure she wouldn't tak...e my case, but she did! Only because she knew no one else would. I rarely if ever write reviews so this is intentional and heartfelt! I hired Talia over three years ago. I think I may very well be her longest running case ever! She was not paid a penny for all of her time writing briefs, making calls, traveling, and researching my case. She has worked this case... diligently and was in it for the long haul. This has been a difficult and hard fought case. She has always kept me informed, advised and asked me for my opinion as we made our way through the last three years. While we believe there is now an end in sight, I can honestly say I don't know if any other attorneys would have worked as hard and thoroughly as she has on this case. She is so knowledgeable about her area of practice, amazingly professional but has been unbelievably compassionate every step along the way. If you are looking for an attorney who really cares about her profession and will work hard for you, you need look no further. She is the real deal. I would not hesitate to refer her and I consider her more than my attorney now. She is a friend.

I hired Talia to appeal my insurance company's denial. She wrote a letter to my insurance company, and benefits were denied. When I asked her to take my insurance company to court, she told me it wasn't worth our time and told me to find another attorney. She was very rude about payment for the ap...peal; very irritated that I had to make payments. She wanted me to pay the entire amount before she would start working on my case. I wouldn't use her again, and a family member who went with me to see her now has a case and is using another attorney because of her attitude. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone, either.
