Replied last June 19, 2017We do not agree to file appeals and then refuse to litigate claims - this is not how our firm operates. We ask for a small fee up front for filing appeals, and always accept payment plans if our clients cannot pay all at once. Our firm is very small, specialized and the only one of its kind in Kansas City; because of this, we have to be very selective about the cases that we accept. We strive to please our clients and potential clients but are regretful that we cannot accept every client that contacts our office.
