In a time crunch it took her 2 weeks to get back with me and it was her assistant who wasn't even up to speed with my case. They then denied to help me with out even looking at my medical records or Dr. 's diagnosis. If its not easy enough, its not worth her time. Look elsewhere for help. It will... be faster and more helpful.
