Mr. Freeman practices law with a strong desire to provide value added solutions by identifying clients' needs and alternative cost effective solutions, whether litigating a $250 million corporate dispute, structuring and negotiating off shore, international and developing nation construction projects, negotiating payment on a $5,000 sub-contractor invoice, advising a family building its dream home or advising a business, church or family about the difficult choices life brings. Henry Ford once said, "Most people spend more time and energy trying to go around problems than trying to solve them." Mr. Freeman brings his established litigation, construction, corporate and creditor's rights background to every matter to find solutions as a trusted team member.

A great attorney!
I had a few questions about a commercial lease contract and he quickly answered them. I found him to be a quick, forthright, very knowledgeable, great attorney. I was pleasantly surprised to find he's an even better human being who went out of his way and demonstrated his honesty and compassion.
Thank you Mr. Freeman

Kind and Direct
I had a simple employment question. I had called at least five attorneys' numbers before dialing his number. Mr.James answered his own phone. He did not give me the go around. He presented a helpful and concise answer. I will most definitely contact him before anyone else for future legal help. Thank you!
