Denise is without a doubt the best!

I was charged with a 6 th DWI. I had retained an attorney that had came highly recommended and had a good reputation for being able to handle that kind of situation. Needless to say half way through the case things weren’t going in a good direction and I was looking at loosing my job, my freedom ...for a significant amount of time and my license for the rest of my life and was told by that attorney that I should be thankful and that it was a great deal. I had decided to get a second opinion on what my options were and I discussed my case with Denise. Denise was able to point out other legal ramifications that would have taken place if I would have accepted the offer that the other attorney had brought to me. I ended up terminating the other attorney and going with Denise. Denise got the charges dropped from a class B felony DWI to a careless and imprudent. I kept my job, my life and my license. If you want an attorney who will be on your side and talk with you like a real person and has the expert knowledge of how the law works with DWI cases then Denise is your best choice here in the Kansas City area. I will always be thankful I chose her to represent me because without her I would have lost everything. Thank you Denise.

She never failed to put her best foot forward in my defense , she took everything I said I needed to happen into consideration when advising me of the case and where we stood , got the results I asked for and I would recommend her services to anyone who needed a first class defense .

I highly recommend Denise if you get a 1st, 2nd or even 3rd DWI

Denise was very responsive when I had questions about my case. She always took the time to make sure my questions were answered and gave me realistic expectations on my outcome. She works very hard, early until late, every day for her clients. I was up against my third DWI and thought the worst. She ...was able to negotiate a judgment that was very fair and much better than I thought I could ever have gotten. I highly recommend Denise!

Greatest DWI attorney ever!

I hired Denise to help me after I received a dwi. She was a true lifesaver. I had already hired a lawyer in my hometown who was doing the best he could, but I wanted better. Denise helped me with the administrative hearing on getting my license back. My first attorney told me that I might loose my l...icense for ten years, and that he just wasn’t for sure; not to mention interlock on my car too. I saw that Denise had won several administrative hearing trials where most attorneys won’t even attempt them. She went to bat for me, and was I ever grateful. She took the case found evidence where the cop had lied, and showed the judge the evidence and gave them the choice. We won the trial and I had my license back in the mail shortly after that. She even followed up after the trial with the department of revenue for me. I can’t say enough good things about her. She is very professional. I would say the best in the state! Thanks again Denise forever grateful!
