My area of focus is criminal defense law. I represent defendants in municipal, state and federal cases, including DUI, traffic, drivers license hearings, drug possession, trafficking, theft, identity fraud, forgery, bad checks, burglary, robbery, tampering, assault, domestic violence, unlawful use of weapon and sex offenses. I am also a member of the Volunteer Attorney Project, assisting homeless and indigent defendants pro bono in Kansas City Municipal Court. I am a member of both the Missouri Bar and Kansas Bar, and licensed to practice in the Western District of Missouri and the District of Kansas.

Represented my Daughter

Gina represented my Daughter in a second degree assault case. She gave great communication and got my Daughter the best possible outcome . I highly recommend Gina for any case she would accept.

Gina Simone is a cordial professional ho listens to her client. She is well educated in her field which is a must when selecting a lawyer. She was prompt courteous and respectful. Also a plus is that she follows up until the matter is resolved. Her fees are very resonable. I would not hesistate to recommend her to anyone, in fact I would even recommend her to represent members of my immediate family.
