Greatest DWI attorney ever!

I hired Denise to help me after I received a dwi. She was a true lifesaver. I had already hired a lawyer in my hometown who was doing the best he could, but I wanted better. Denise helped me with the administrative hearing on getting my license back. My first attorney told me that I might loose my l...icense for ten years, and that he just wasn’t for sure; not to mention interlock on my car too. I saw that Denise had won several administrative hearing trials where most attorneys won’t even attempt them. She went to bat for me, and was I ever grateful. She took the case found evidence where the cop had lied, and showed the judge the evidence and gave them the choice. We won the trial and I had my license back in the mail shortly after that. She even followed up after the trial with the department of revenue for me. I can’t say enough good things about her. She is very professional. I would say the best in the state! Denise, the best lawyer in the game for a DUI.

My DUI was in Kansas City, Missouri. The officer who pulled me over was higher up in the DUI Task Force but my situation was suspicious from the beginning. I was told I had a light out in the back of my car when I did not and was forced to do a sobriety test with heels on. A personal reference took m...y case at first that was a lawyer who didn’t specialize in DUI law. They thought that fighting the charges wouldn’t be a good idea since I did eventually blow at the station. I felt deep down there was more that could be done due to the circumstances and I wanted to at least try and fight the charges. I did my research and found Denise from her fabulous reviews. After I reached out, she was quick to get back with me and was very eager to hear the details of my case. She was immediately willing to defend me and the results were better then I could have ever expected. The complete process took a little over a year due to covid and the court pushing back hearing dates but she was able to win my license hearing last Summer. I never lost my license or received a breathalyzer. Last month, my criminal case concerning my DUI was decided and Denise was able to get three tickets including my DUI charge dismissed and completely taken off of my record. If you want a lawyer that will listen to you and fight to get the best possible outcome, Denise is the Lawyer for you!

Saved my livelihood!!

Denise is the absolute greatest! I had already had a prior on my record, and was facing losing my CDL for life. She won my administrative hearing, and had my DWI amended down to a non alcohol offense! I also was never required to do satop, and never lost my license for even a second. I have been a CD...L driver for the last 16 years, and I have no idea where I would be without her. She's definitely a life saver! I highly recommend hiring her!! Worth every penny...
