Excellent Advocate, Great Client Service

I hired Ms. Kirby to represent me in driving under the influence charge brought against me by the city of Kansas City. My particular case was a tough one because the officer on the case was an expert in field sobriety tests and was a member of the DUI taskforce. I had been charged with driving under ...the influence and with careless driving. Even though the case was difficult, through zealous advocacy, Ms. Kirby managed to keep my license from being revoked and got the charges reduced to a defective muffler and improper lane use. After two years of probation, the case will be sealed and behind me. Unlike other attorneys, Ms. Kirby had excellent communication skills, always available to take a call or respond to an email. She helped me through the diversion requirements, getting me into classes that were last minute, and helped manage the whole thing while I was in a different state. As an attorney myself, I can not recommend her enough.

Awesome Attorney

Denise Kirby was fast acting, professional, and all around great! She answered all our questions and jumped into action right away. She is an excellent person to have on your side. My husband was accused of a DWI and she guided us through the process with confidence, and results of a minor traffic vi...olation. I would absolutely recommend her for your legal needs!

DWI

I received a DWI in march of this year and after doing some research, I hired Denise. I'm a licensed professional and the DWI change could have been detrimental to my career so it was important that the charge was dropped. Denise was able to get my DWI dropped to a non moving violation that required ...no probation or community service. She was always prompt to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I am very happy with the outcome of my case and would recommend Denise to anyone who received a DUI/DWI charge.
