I was arrested earlier this summer but was never charged with more than a minor traffic offense. Despite this, Greg provided no reassurance and instead insisted I would "100% be charged." Several months later, I remain uncharged, beyond the initial traffic ticket for which I was pulled over. Greg ...charged a flat fee of $10,000 for a case that, as far as anyone is aware, never existed. Furthermore, it was verbally agreed that the traffic ticket—the only actual charge—would be amended. However, as the court date approached, Greg was completely unavailable. I ultimately hired another attorney, who successfully amended the ticket and clarified that no ethical attorney should promise whether a charge will or will not occur. After multiple unanswered calls and voicemails, Greg finally returned a call—only after the ticket was amended by the other attorney—and did so in a hostile, threatening manner. He repeated this behavior before withdrawing from representation that, frankly, he never provided. Fortunately, we had only paid $1,000 of the $10,000 he demanded. However, Greg refuses to provide a billing statement or issue a refund, claiming he performed $1,000 worth of work on a case that does not exist. I am deeply disappointed by this experience, especially considering how many people, including close friends and family, have referred this attorney to me. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on his professional standards.

Greg Watt went far and beyond my expectations for an attorney. He is very easy to deal with, always willing to listen, and can be counted on for good advice on whatever you're dealing with. He helped me out of a tough situation, and I can't recommend him enough for people looking for someone to go to... bat for them. If I could give higher than five stars, I would.
