Biography
I have been practicing law since 1978. From 2002 to 2010 I also served in the Missouri House of Representatives. I helped write the DWI laws that are now in effect in Missouri. I was recognized and given an award by the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys for my work on behalf of injury victims during the "tort reform" debates in 2005. I have represented hundreds of injury victims and thousands of drivers in traffic courts. I now practice in Independence Missouri.

Speeding ticket
I got a ticket for speeding with a possible 6 point penalty. John Burnett managed to get my ticket dismissed thankfully! John was very easy to work with and kept me in the loop as needed.
