Daniel J. Kennedy

Meet Dan Kennedy, a husband and a father of two little girls. A passionate supporter of the Royals and Chiefs, Dan grew up in Eastern Kansas, where he went to college, met his wife, built lifelong friendships and learned hard lessons.

He chose a career in law because he's a real-world guy who understands that people make real-world mistakes.

Organizations, such as the Missouri Bar, have asked Dan to make presentations on DWI law because he knows it inside, outside, backward and forward.

Instructors have provided Dan the same DWI training that law enforcement personnel receive.

He's certified in the use of standardized field sobriety tests. He's also extensively trained in the use and manufacturing of breath test devices.

Dan has expanded his practice to include divorce and probate cases for deeply personal times when children and financial assets are at risk.
