Biography
| Nolan devotes his practice to personal injury, wrongful death, and workers' compensation matters. He passionately advocates for his clients and is committed to helping them seek justice. By age 30, Nolan was one of the youngest attorneys admitted to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum for recovering more than $2.5 million dollars, in a disputed liability case, for a client who lost her daughter to a drunk driver. He has recovered millions of dollars for other deserving clients who have sustained serious harm. Nolan has won bench and jury trials, workers’ compensation hearings, and has successfully argued before the Missouri Court of Appeals. Nolan has conducted seminars for other attorneys, and attorneys regularly refer him cases and seek his counsel. Nolan graduated cum laude from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. He also has a B.S. in Finance from Illinois State University. Before advocating for plaintiffs, Nolan practiced law at a mid-sized insurance defense firm. He knows how insurance companies analyze cases, and Nolan’s clients now benefit from this knowledge and experience. Nolan is licensed in Missouri and Illinois. He is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and the American Association for Justice. He is also an active member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL).
