Jim Hoffmann did an excellent job on my work comp case. Jim was thorough, patient and reassuring. He answered all my ongoing questions during this lengthy and sometimes frustrating process. This man is a complete joke.It took them a year and half to finally give me some answer on my case. After I sat around and waited patiently. I had to call them because they stop calling and stop sending mail. He was unprofessional with me on the phone “ using profanity “ like he was talking to a frie...nd instead of client. Please save your time and find someone else to handle your case. He tried to COVID 19 as a excuse when we live in a world with technology. The last I check cell phone and email can not catch a virus so he could have reach out to me. Him and his staff is a complete JOKE. He might as well have a red nose and clown shoes.

I was a OTR driver when I got hurt James Hoffman took my case leading me on that is was going to be a breeze after 1.5 years and the case even went to trial I lost so James sided with the Insurance company my comp was thru and said I had nothing left I lost I had a Neurologist and three Doctors also ...three therapist saying something was wrong but he pretty much told me to piss off it was over now his office will not even talk to me. This guy is a loser do not waste your time I am now on disability imagine that the federal gov't seen I was hurt but the insurance company got off scott free if you are looking for a good attourney keep looking you do not want James Hoffman

He started out great in the beginning seemed like he truly cared promised that seeing his doctors would cost me anything that workers compensation would pay for it all plus he would get me milage and so many others promises and guarantees. Towards the end his only concern was for himself and his doct...ors to get paid. He even had me use my personal insurance on 2 different visits and said they would be paid. Another lie. He settled for a lump sum which he took his percentage and expense right off of the top than I had to split the remaining amount in half with his doctors and he never paid the hospitals so now they are wanting me to pay
