Phil is a trial attorney with over  25 years of experience handling cases involving for people that have been injured at work, in car accidents, in the factory, by defective products and by incidents occurring in nursing homes and hospitals. Phil has represented numerous clients throughout the St. Louis Metropolitian area, Jefferson County, Franklin County, St. Charles County, Cole County, Boone County, Randolph County, Cole and other surrounding areas in Illinois. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Illinois and in Wisconsin Courts. Phil has handled numerous insurance disputes involving accidental death, long-term disability claims and life insurance cases involving ERISA law in the Federal Courts. He has tried Worker's Compensation cases, Social Security cases, Premises Liability cases, Civil Rights cases, Fraud cases and Automobile Accident cases both in Missouri and in Illinois. He is admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. Phil has been consulting on ERISA litigation cases in states such as Nevada, New Mexico, Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri and Texas as well. His ERISA based practice continues to grow as the accidental death, life and disability denials by corporations have increased in recent years. He has represented Dentists, Doctors, Lawyers, Beer Bottlers, Brewers and Financial Services Consultants among other people that use him for ERISA cases.
