Phillip A. Tatlow - The Best of the Best
When I approached Phil about my job-related disability situation, I had very little hope that I had a case against the insurance company that my employer had hired. Within a couple of hours Phil had assured me that I did have a case and a very good chance of collecting funds due me. Over a period ...
"Phil is a wonderful lawyer and human being. That's why we opened our partnership up to him about 18 months ago. He is simply the best at handling life and disability insurance appeals. He also cares a great deal about his clients and he goes the extra mile for them at all times. You won't find a more professional and fair-minded lawyer than Phil."
"I have known Phil for 15 years, and have had the opportunity to see the quality of his legal work first hand. Phil is fine attorney who focuses his practice on helping people who have been harmed by broken promises or negligent acts. Phil is a passionate advocate for his clients interest. Phil has fought against large corporations who have caused serious physical harm to his clients. Phil has also taken on big insurance companies who have denied his clients insurance benefits under ERISA. I recommend Phil without reservation."
"I have known and had the pleasure to work with Phil Tatlow for nearly 20 years. Phil is an excellent lawyer, well respected in our legal community and has only his client's best interests at heart. I refer clients to Phil because I know that he will take good care of their needs."
"Phil is a lawyer for lawyers and others interested in someone who seeks the truth and seeks to recover that which should have been paid to claimants long before the claimant retained him. He has an excellent grasp of legal issues. I would use him if I ever get into a dispute with an insurance company. He is a competent, ethical and quite able advocate."
