Will and trust agreements

Jim was very responsive to us and was willing to travel to my mother-in-law's apartment to spare her the travel. He was patient as we worked to explain things to her (she's 94, deaf and nearly blind). The documents were not complex, but they are well-done and Jim answered all our questions.

Deed correction

I needed to have a name correction made on a forty year old deed. Name changed to the correct legal name of the owner. Process was smooth and completed in less than a week with all documents processed and recorded to my satisfaction and the satisfaction of the Recorder of Deeds.
