I practice in the areas of commercial litigation, general litigation, education law, insurance law, business planning and transactions.
My litigation experience includes cases involving complex commercial business issues, toxic torts, contracts, trademarks, insurance claims and coverage issues (including commercial and personal lines). I have also handled a number of personal injury cases. In addition, I handle domestic relations cases.
I have represented and advised public school districts and other public entities with respect to local government and zoning issues, special education, the IDEA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, construction law and other issues.
I have assisted businesses and individuals to review and understand the insurance coverage that they intend to purchase or currently own. In addition, I have represented businesses and individuals that have incurred claims of all types.
