Freida Charlette Jones

I hired Ms. Jones to handle two traffic ticket for me. Everytime I called her there after i never received a call back nor an answer despite always leaving messages. When I finally did get in touch with her she advised me she was handling my two cases. When I got in touch with her a few months later ...she had a recommendation for one ticket but claimed to have no knowledge of the other ticket. Then she claimed she thought both tickets were for the city despite the receipt I have that her receptionist gave me saying city and shrewsbury ticket. As a result of her lack of contact n never contacting shrewsbury, when she did finally handle the ticket, I was charged with almost $200 for failure to appear. As a result, I'm contacting the Missouri Bar Associations regarding compensation for the money I have to pay for failure to appear.
