Amy has represented me 3 times in the past 8 years. Through an intense divorce and custody battle in 2008, modification in 2011, and Again in 2015 revardiv a domestic dispute eating to the trials mentioned before. Amy exceeded my expectations in all ways. Strong, level, organized and available at all... times. Her ability to think outside the Box and to come up with resolutions that are not just winning, yet are positive in hopes to achieve a long term goal of positive co-parenting. Divorce is very emotional, and Amy has the compassion, trust factor, confidence, knowledge and the ability to help the client make the best decision keeping emotions balanced. I have had Amy for my lawyer for quite some time. For starters Amy is a VERY unorganized lawyer along with her staff. I felt like every time I called the office no one knew where my case was standing. Working with Amy put more stress on my life due to the fact of never knowing until literally the l...ast minute if I had court dates. Including me having to usually call the night before to find out if I had court the next day. Amy is VERY good at charging for every little thing but NOT good at following through on the motions she has filed. I would advise to do your research on her before hiring.
