God send

I was very pleased, emotional, and overjoyed with the outcome of our custody judgment. Amy and Heather were a God send and I would like to take the time out to thank Amy and her very supportive staff. They are all very knowledgeable and I didn't feel like just another case. Amy and Heather both han...dle each case with professionalism and they made us feel like we we're her only clients by the attention and time she gave us and our case. I recommend the Law Office of Amy Gervich to anyone!! Job well done.

Fought for Me as if we were family

I used Amy Gervich for my divorce and was absolutely pleased! Being a father who had their back against the wall, needed an advocate, and needed someone who would fight hard every step of the way... I can't imagine who would have done better nor do I think they could have done better. I realize I...'m no legal expert but her team made sure to educate me in the process so I knew more of what to realistically expect on every step of the process. Even through the last day of my divorce, her and the legal team were kind, informative, communicative and sincere. I'm very greatful

AMAZING!!!

I contacted Amy and her office a few months back to get more time with my child. I was a nervous wreck, and scared to take this plunge as I had been bullied by my ex. Her staff, specifically Heather, and Amy were nothing but kind and professional. They gave me the courage I needed to stand up to m...y ex. The end result was incredible. Were were able to agree to new terms outside of court and things have been great since. Amy and Heather kept me informed every step of the way and were always available to me whenever I needed them. I definitely made the right choice hiring Amy. God forbid any of my friends/family would need her services, but she absolutely has my recommendation.

Best Attorney Around

I was referred to the Law Offices of Amy L. Gervich by a coworker that Amy represented twice in the past and won for. I had never needed legal representation and was overwhelmed by the selection of attorneys out there when I found myself scared, confused, and needing help. I decided to give her a cal...l. She offers free consultations, so what did I have to lose by making an appointment to meet her? Let me provide a little background about my needs. My wife and I were married for 12 years (together since college) and had 3 kids at the time I found out she was cheating on me. I made a mistake and trusted her when I signed a poorly written parenting plan. She said we could work together and be the best parents we could be for our kids. I signed an agreement that she said would be a formality in the extremely rare chance we would find ourselves not co parenting effectively in the future. I was stupid. When you feel your entire world is crumbling around you and you're losing everything you've known your entire adult life, your emotions drive your decision making. I was thinking with my heart, not my head. It wasn't the worst agreement out there, but it also wasn't the best I could have gotten. My biggest regret is not finding Amy straight out of the gates 3 years ago. Fast forward to 1 year into operating off of my original parenting plan. There had been a substantial change of circumstances and I felt I had a case and was able to pursue a motion for a modification. I met with Amy on a Tuesday afternoon and my life has significantly changed for the better in the past 18 months. Amy was incredibly honest up front and specifically told me she wouldn't be able to get me everything I was asking for, but she'd be able to get me 80% of it. She got me 96%. I asked for 50 things and she won 48 of them. Every case is different and it's not an overnight process, but the best thing I could have ever done for my children was made a call to Amy's office. She exceeded my expectations. She is professional, kind, warm, friendly, and made me feel so safe in her hands. She's a pit bull in the courtroom and there's nobody else I will ever hire moving forward with any legal needs I may have in the future.

Unreal - Shockingly Bad!

Amy was either incompetent or a fraud. First, I wouldn’t hear from her for months (unless she wanted more money). Second, she spent absolutely zero time learning my case. It’s not a good thing when your lawyer knows nothing about you after a year of meetings. Several times Amy would not even file the... necessary paperwork with the court resulting in a few postponements. My divorce took more than 2 years to finalize because of her gross negligence and incompetence while costing me over $6,000 in attorney fees.
