You want the best, Amy Gervich is it!

Amy more then exceeded my expectations. I simply wanted an adjustment to my childsupport amount but Amy found out some other information that decreased the arrearages I owed. She only wants what is best for her clients. I told Amy my biggest pet peeve is not communicating, I had no worries about b...eing kept up to date, even if nothing new had transpired. I even received an email at 10pm on a Sunday! How many attorneys do you know that are willing to work that late on a Sunday? Heather and Nicole are extremely knowledgeable, neither will tell you anything if they are not 100% sure it is the correct information. My only complaint was the length of time it took to get a settlement, but that had nothing to do with Amy. My ex tried to string it along as long as possible, Amy did give them time tables to respond which did hurry the deal along a little. All in all, I couldn’t be happier with Amy, Heather or Nicole. I highly recommend them if you need a family court lawyer, you won’t be disappointed!

A True Professional

I retained Amy Gervich in the middle of a long, messy custody case. She jumped in with both feet and really got to know my family and our situation. She was forthright with information and told me what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear. She was in constant communication with me about my cas...e and looked at each aspect of it from multiple angles. Amy and her staff were professional and it was nice to work with someone who cares about the best interest of the children involved. I'd recommend Amy to anyone needing a family attorney.

AMAZING!!!

I contacted Amy and her office a few months back to get more time with my child. I was a nervous wreck, and scared to take this plunge as I had been bullied by my ex. Her staff, specifically Heather, and Amy were nothing but kind and professional. They gave me the courage I needed to stand up to m...y ex. The end result was incredible. Were were able to agree to new terms outside of court and things have been great since. Amy and Heather kept me informed every step of the way and were always available to me whenever I needed them. I definitely made the right choice hiring Amy. God forbid any of my friends/family would need her services, but she absolutely has my recommendation.

Unreal. Unbelievable.

I hired Amy last year to assist me with my family case. I do not receive communication nor hear a response from Amy after SEVERAL attempts to see what's going on. She has went through paralegals as well. In which they have not filed the necessary paperwork at times. This is unacceptable. I can not be...lieve after giving her my retainer this is the service I'm given. I'm sorry but I will not do business with her again after this. Hire a competent attorney that will advise and work with you.

very responsive and knowledgeable

Amy and her staff advised me well during a difficult and troubling time in our family. She prepared me with the legal facts and empowered me to do the best thing for my family. I found her solutions responsive and flexible with a positive outcome.
