Biography
Mr. O’Shea received a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in History from DePaul University. He received his Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law where he finished in the top 27% of his class. During law school, Mr. O'Shea participated in Trial Advocacy, served as Vice-President of the Federalist Society and worked as an extern in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Missouri. Mr. O'Shea was also the recipient of two Academic Excellence Awards (highest grade obtained in the class) in the field of Constitutional Law and American Legal History. Mr. O’Shea has worked at Stange Law Firm, LLC since 2008. Since joining the firm, Mr. O'Shea has written several appellate court briefs and has successfully argued before the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District. Mr. O’Shea primarily handles matters involving divorce, paternity, child custody, child support, appeals, grandparent visitation and other domestic litigation. Mr. O’Shea is based out of the St. Louis (Brentwood) office.
