He prepared numerous documents for us and other than a few tiny errors regarding birth dates were what we needed to have all of our affairs in order and protect our assets. Using understandable examples, he patiently explained legal workings of documents and terms, sometimes more than once. His assis...tant Jennifer did an outstanding job of keeping the many copies of many documents straight and was very knowledgeable as well. Richard Habiger is very knowledgeable of the legal requirement and regulations affecting the establishment of a supplemental needs trust. The trust is very detail. His legal assistant, Jennifer Boyd was knowledgeable an...d helpful in working up mother’s application for medical assistance. She guided and assisted us in obtaining the necessary paper work to submit with the application. She was always very cheerful, helpful and eager to assist us anytime we meet with her or telephoned with questions or information. We recently received notification that mother’s medical assistance application has been approved by the Illinois Department of Human Services.

My husband and I came into to discuss Trust and Estate Planning. It was infomrative and the staff was wonderful. Taking us by the hand and answering any and all questions. The Trust was finished and we were so thankful. Suddenly after 2 months of having our Wills and Trusts in place, my husband ...suddenly died of a heart attack. This man was a picture of great health. We did not see this tragedy hitting us so quickly. I can not imagine where I would be if this firm had not explained everything in detailed and helped my family in creating our family's trust and estate planning. I went to Mr Habiger regarding my parents that were in a situation with nursing home care. I didnt even know what Elder Law was. He was very intelligent and knew just by my description of their situation, what needed to be done. I couldnt be happier with the results I got from Mr Habiger and his staf...f.
