She guided and assisted us in obtaining the necessary paper work to submit with the application. She was always very cheerful, helpful and eager to assist us anytime we meet with her or telephoned with questions or information. We recently received notification that mother’s medical assistance application has been approved by the Illinois Department of Human Services.
