Biography
RichardHughes, a graduate of Indiana University and the University of Denver Collegeof Law, has hosted scores of seminars, workshops and panel discussions on avariety of topics including probate avoidance, tax savings, disability issues,asset-protection strategies, Medicaid law and trust planning.
Mr.Hughes is a member of the Denver Bar Association, the Elder Law Section of theColorado Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, theRocky Mountain Estate Planning Council, the Alzheimer’s Association, theColorado Estate Planning Education Council and WealthCounsel. He is a former director of the NationalNetwork of Estate Planning Attorneys and Liberty Savings Bank, FSB.
