He prepared numerous documents for us and other than a few tiny errors regarding birth dates were what we needed to have all of our affairs in order and protect our assets. His assis...tant Jennifer did an outstanding job of keeping the many copies of many documents straight and was very knowledgeable as well. His legal assistant, Jennifer Boyd was knowledgeable an...d helpful in working up mother’s application for medical assistance. She guided and assisted us in obtaining the necessary paper work to submit with the application. She was always very cheerful, helpful and eager to assist us anytime we meet with her or telephoned with questions or information. We recently received notification that mother’s medical assistance application has been approved by the Illinois Department of Human Services.

Richard Habiger and his associates were skillful in clearly explaining to me and my husband what needed to be done to get our estate in order. They were professional and gracious at the same time. Not only did we get the estate in order but they helped my husband get the VA health benefits he was ...entitled to receive. We were more than satisfied with the services we received.

My husband and I came into to discuss Trust and Estate Planning. It was infomrative and the staff was wonderful. Taking us by the hand and answering any and all questions.
