Richard Habiger is very knowledgeable of the legal requirement and regulations affecting the establishment of a supplemental needs trust. The trust is very detail. His legal assistant, Jennifer Boyd was knowledgeable an...d helpful in working up mother’s application for medical assistance. She guided and assisted us in obtaining the necessary paper work to submit with the application. She was always very cheerful, helpful and eager to assist us anytime we meet with her or telephoned with questions or information. We recently received notification that mother’s medical assistance application has been approved by the Illinois Department of Human Services.

My husband and I came into to discuss Trust and Estate Planning. It was infomrative and the staff was wonderful. Taking us by the hand and answering any and all questions.
