I am originally from Texas. I have practiced since 2003, working to seek expeditious justice for my clients. I will not give you an unrealistic outcome in your case, and I will try to seek the best resolution possible for you and your family. I realize that some former clients have left negative reviews. I hate losing, and unfortunately, I am not allowed per the ethics rules to respond to such reviews. I feel, however, my positive reviews speak more clearly about the quality of work I offer, as well as the outcomes. I cannot guarantee your outcome, however.
I offer a free consultation over the phone. You will have to, however, answer some questions, so we can ensure it is a type of case we are taking in and we do not have a conflict. I take payments from my clients because I know what it feels like to work for my living.
