Did a great job!
I used Brian Wendler services to sue the trucking company that hit me which is Continental Trucking. The damages that they did was over 22 thousand but they just wanted to pay me $6000. Brian was able to secure a much higher settlement than what the trucking company initially offered. Brian's professionalism and ability to effectively present my case in court played a crucial role in obtaining a favorable verdict from the judge. Well done on the successful outcome! Wendler is an excellent choice!
I felt comfortable telling Wendler what my case was, and explaining what happened. Would have been nice to have had more communication, but I don't know what the life of an attorney looks like, so it could be there was no additional information to provide to me? Fought my case for more than a year. It paid off in the end.

Great Lawyer and Firm
I have been a Paralegal for many years now so I am very picky on whom I hire to represent me. My husband and I brought our first case to Brian several years ago. Brian got that case filed and settled very quickly with a very favorable settlement for us. Now anytime we have a question or a new case Brian is the first lawyer that we contact. Everyone that works for his firm are very knowledgeable and they never make us feel as if we are bothering them. In fact they have made us feel like part of the family. Excellent attorney
I hired Wendler attorneys after being involved in a motor vehicle accident. Brian kept me informed of each step and why it was there, such as the purpose of the depositions and why they were done. My accident occurred before Covid, then several months later we moved out of state. Three months after that, everyone was in lockdown. Brian ensured I was advised they were still on my case and I was not forgotten. He ensured I stayed realistic about my case and did not drag it out. I won my lawsuit, which would not have been possible without his help. He was always professional; returned my calls within hours (often within the same hour) and made sure I never felt like I was a bother, when I called with questions. I recommend him to anyone who needs a personal injury attorney.

I contacted Mr. Wendler basically as a friend of a friend. He hadnt had tons of experience in my case but spoke with me immediately and gratefully took the case. He worked very hard, was very thorough, his staff is kind, courteous and always willing to help. He went out of his way to learn about this type of case and he nailed it 159%! I recieved much more than expected and have referred him to several other people. He not only helps his clients, he cares about them as well. He is a very dedicared family man, very loyal and full of knowledge.
