It was very clear that Erica did not adequately represent me through divorce and the parenting plan. Many of the agreed upon items did not make it into the final judgement, and her disrespect of my position caused me emotional duress that I was not able to extend the energy to thoroughly review ev...ery last detail. I thought I was paying her to accomplish this for me. Towards the end, I dreaded our interactions, expecting the condescending tone she always provided. Additionally, she never provided recommendations but only gave me lengthy wordy $300/hr monologues about what the law states and I resented every $5 minute of her indirect useless verbosity. The parenting plan in the final judgement did not include the agreed-upon summer schedule. The child support language also did not include flexibility as financial situations evolved, nor other stipulations agreed upon between the parties. Overall I felt like Erica treated me with disrespect and did not act as my fiduciary. It was clear she was acting on her personal perspective as a mother of young children, milking my bank account, and 100% not in the interest of the father.
