Honest, ethical, and realistic. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.
Justin has represented me on the purchase of a large business, the sale of two smaller businesses, initial creation of my trust/estate planning documents, complete restructure of my estate/trusts after my divorce and a ton of small real estate related matters along the way. He is an invaluable resource and I cannot imagine hiring anyone else to represent me. He always has my best interest at heart, is thorough and most importantly realistic and ethical. If i shouldn't do something I want to do, he tells me why I shouldn't. If i am missing something, he tells me what I'm missing. Hire him. You will be so glad you did!
JUSTIN WIRTH IS AN EXCEPTIONAL, DEDICATED ATTORNEY
During the past 23 years, I have consulted and retained Justin Wirth on many matters. He recently represented me on two litigated matters, with excellent ultimate results on both cases, leading to resolution of both matters favorable to our position. Justin is extremely intelligent, intellectually astute, and very quick on the uptake, leading him to analyze the legal merits of both my recent cases quickly, incisively, and with good judgment. He has always cared for me as a client, and is always honest with me, consistently telling me the positive and negative aspects of my case, and our prospects for success. He routinely made himself available at night and on weekends, to ensure timely service to me; and I understand he is equally responsive to his other clients, returning their calls immediately. He is extremely ethical, tenacious, hardworking, well organized, and has an excellent reputation in the legal community. He is the first person I think of when I need assistance on any legal matter. I have recommended him to a number of other people, and will continue to do so.
Justin brings a holistic approach to representing his clients, finding that many have legal needs in a variety of interrelated areas involving the care of their families (including children, aging loved ones, or both), businesses and real estate holdings. His areas of practice include estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law/Medicaid planning, business law, real estate, and construction law.
Before joining The Reynolds Law Firm, Justin served as an Honors Attorney and an Assistant Attorney General with the Oregon Department of Justice, working in the Natural Resources Division, primarily representing the Water Resources Department. He also worked in the Government Law practice group at the firm of Harrang, Long, Gary, Rudnick, representing local governments (mostly cities). Immediately before joining The Reynolds Law Firm, he practiced at another Corvallis firm for several years in areas of practice similar to those in which he now works.
Before law school, Justin worked as a litigation paralegal at a large insurance defense firm in Los Angeles, California. He currently serves on the board of directors of Heartland Humane Society and the Zonta Service Club of Corvallis Foundation. Justin received his law degree from the University of Oregon, where he also earned a certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law and the Pro Bono Certificate. He also holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a paralegal certificate from the University of West Los Angeles.
Justin has lived in Corvallis since 1999 and has practiced law here since 2006.

Exceptional Attorney
An exceptional team! They did our estate planning work and spotted a host of key issues that will save us a ton in federal and state estate taxes. I highly recommend The Reynolds Law Firm. By the way, the family law unit is extraordinary as well. In fact, in October of 2017, Lorena's team picked up yet another prestigious award--this one from the Oregon Women Lawyers (OWLS)--recognizing the firm for its exception work serving low income clients. Efficient, ethical, and highly effective--end of story.

The perfect fit for our needs!
After owning a successful family business for 30+ years my husband had made the decision to sell. We both agreed that the Reynolds Law Firm (Justin Wirth) was the right fit to handle the process. His professional knowledge, responsiveness to and understanding of our goals, made a “less stressful” experience. He created a contract that “worked” for both parties, then and now. We have referred The Reynolds Law Firm and will continue to do so.

Thankful for Justin
I hired Justin to help with a possible slander/defamation lawsuit. His expert guidance helped me avoid litigation as he was able to stop the harassment through cease and desist letters. Without Justin's help, my situation would have grown worse and possibly hurt my family and career. Having a good lawyer that understands the law well made all the difference. I'd highly recommend Justin and the Reynolds law firm to others.

Review
I hired Justin Wirth to help me with an Estate Matter and he assured me he had worked on and won many similar cases, and that he was not afraid to go to Court. He also knew I am a Senior Citizen on a limited income. I paid him $5000.00. He wrote a couple of letters that did no good at all, and became hard to connect with, hard to reach. He takes a lot of vacations with his family. I wanted to take my family member to court and he started to draw up the documents but stalled several times, made excuses, missed appointments with me, and became unreliable. Then just as I thought we were going to court he QUIT and told me I didn't have a case. Huge RIP OFF Lawyer. I have asked for a full refund and if that is not forthcoming soon I will be filing a complaint with the Oregon State Bar and the BBB. He has done the same to other clients recently. Read his Google Reviews. Nightmare Lawyer, stay away.
