He seemed great at first but as the case progressed, he seemed to be in agreement with the opposing side. He even at one point openly admitted to me that he thought I needed to be held accountable. There were many factors that showed this case was nothing more than the state wanting control to make a...n example out of me but he took my husband's money anyways, screwed me over, and then without a word to me about anything...filed a motion to exit the case before it was even over. If you are wanting to prove your innocence I do not recommend Hoelscher.

During a very tumultuous time in my life, Jacob stepped in and provided a sensible, yet firm grip on reality for me and guided me through the process of divorce. He did not sugar coat anything, but let me know he was in my corner 100% - which allowed me to make informed and logical decisions. That is... very hard to do in a high stress, emotional situation. Jacob was reasonably accessible, and effectively communicated with me throughout the whole divorce process. I had a lot of questions, and he had the answers. He was absolutely professional, but not just that - I never had to question if he had my best interest at heart. I would recommend his services to anyone.
