I cannot say enough but I’ll try
I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible legal representation and unwavering support I received from my lawyer, Matthew Paulson. From the moment I first met Matthew, his genuine compassion and professionalism were evident. He took the time to listen to my side of the story, showing empathy and understanding for my situation. He never judged me, but instead, he assured me that everyone deserves a fair defense and that he would fight tirelessly for me. Throughout the entire legal process, Matthew consistently demonstrated his exceptional knowledge and expertise in domestic abuse cases. He meticulously analyzed every detail, leaving no stone unturned in building a solid defense strategy. His attention to detail was astonishing, as he thoroughly reviewed the evidence and strategized accordingly. Matthew's exceptional courtroom presence and persuasive skills were truly remarkable. He presented my case with utmost confidence and credibility, making sure that every aspect was thoroughly addressed. His ability to articulate complex legal arguments in a manner that the judge and jury could understand was truly impressive. I felt reassured and empowered with him by my side. One of the qualities that truly set Matthew apart was his constant communication and accessibility. He promptly responded to my inquiries and kept me informed about the progress of the case. He explained legal jargon in a way that I could comprehend, ensuring I felt included and understood every step of the way. His consistent support and guidance provided me with the strength to endure the entire legal process. Matthew's dedication extended beyond the courtroom. He invested time in understanding my personal circumstances, offering valuable advice and resources to help me rebuild my life after the case. Best attorney money can buy
I wish I had found Mr. Paulson when I got my first charge. I quickly learned from working with Matt that I had never had proper representation in the past. Matt listened to me, he took my feedback seriously. He did not try and tell me my expectations were unrealistic. And he did not ever try and pressure me to take a plea, like every lawyer I had in the past had. We worked together fighting my case for 3.5 years, and this past week we got a better deal than I could have ever dreamt. He made himself available to me outside of office hours if I had concerns or questions, and he knows what he's doing. He was worth every cent.

Outstanding Attorney
I was accused of an OWI 2nd without a breath test and knew I wanted to fight the charge against me. Without hesitation I was referred to Matt and met with him the same day. He listened to my story and felt confident in a win at a jury trial and most importantly I felt confident in his ability to represent me. It was over a year to the jury trial and I was well aware of the case the entire time because Matt kept me informed and was only a phone call away if I did have any questions or concerns. All in all, even if we didn't win an acquittal at the jury trial, I would still have been pleased with Matt's legal expertise on my case because a jury can be unpredictable. Thanks Matt!

Felt confident with Mr. Paulson
About a year ago I found myself in some legal troubles and needed an attorney fairly quickly. I got in touch with Mr. Paulson and he had no issue picking up the case on short notice. This was a stressful time for me being in and out of court, but I felt confident with Mr. Paulson representing me in the court room. I could tell that he was doing and was willing to do whatever it took to get me the best possible outcome, and that he wasn't going to allow the court to walk all over me. He really did a good job of explaining to me what was happening, what could happen, and potential outcomes. At the end of the process Mr. Paulson had gotten me an outcome that was far less severe than what it could have been, and I was pleased with it. If I ever need legal services again, I will go to Mr. Paulson.

Best lawyer! Highly recommended!
I was accused of 3rd offense OWI in November of 2014. My court case was set for June. After meeting with Mr Paulsen he indicated that it look like the minimum we were facing was 30 days drug rehabilitation with six months possibly at RCF. Mr. Paulson went above and beyond Gathering all my information from job pay stubs, letters of recommendation, and completion of Rehabilitation from an outside Center. With all of that he was able to tell the judge I was a working productive member of society and I would be best given the permission to serve my time with work release because if I was to have to spend 30 days in a drug rehabilitation I would have lost my job and he fought for that. The judge looked at all the evidence and sentence me to 45 days in jail with possibility of work release. That an alone was a success. Now comes the fun part. I was granted work release signed by the judge in July of 2015. I was to wait for the call to serve my time which could have been any day. After one year of never hearing anything mr. Paulson contacted the county attorney and because there was no beds available in the work release program I was not able to get in. With the signed document from the judge stating that I was guaranteed Work Release they had no option but to either accommodate that, or come to a new option. Mr. Paulsen fought and got me 90 days house monitoring with the ability to still work. At the end of the day mr. Paulsen got me for a third OWI 45 days house monitoring and fines. Not one day in jail. One of the best 3rd OWI turnouts I've heard of so far.

My son was arrested for Felony Drug Possession
My son was arrested for felony drug possession We talk to one experienced Lawyer and we were told my son would get 4-6 years in prison. Matt Paulson told us if he took the case how he would defend my son and try to get no prison time. Mr. Paulson said he saw some mistakes the police made in making the arrest and completing reports. My son ended up getting probation – NO PRISON TIME. I am so glad Matt Paulson represented him.
