Represented me in my divorce. Total lack of professionalism. Took over 2 years and I have nothing left and my ex walked away scott free. I hired Kathleen after my previous divorce attorney failed to deliver anything she promised, and worse. Kathleen was very open and upfront regarding my prospects of getting my share of the assets he had hidden previously and another court case to prove he committed fraud. She kept me up to date on ...what was happening, gave me copies of all correspondence, and was very responsive.

I am so disappointed with my representation. The entire time I was working with Miss Bailey I felt uninformed, responses and documents were filed without my knowledge or permission until after the fact, my phone calls were never returned and my questions were never answered. Finally I got tired of ne...ver getting any information and asked to be represented by another lawyer within the firm who would call me back and answer my questions. She called me back that time, to inform me she was withdrawing from my cases. This is just over a week before I have to appear in court, and less than a week before a deadline to file more documents. Now I have to come up with more money for another retainer and find a new lawyer within the next week. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized.
