Very Competent Immigration lawyer

I am also shocked at the negative reviews of Mr. Cui. I dont know the details of other cases but I have had a long standing relationship with Mr. Cui. i first came to him after being highly recommended by my friend. Before him I went to a "top" immigration attorney who answers immigration questions i...n newspapers. He turned down my case and said it was impossible to file my petition. I went to Mr.Cui and he didnt even think there was a problem. I was shocked and didnt believe it until I actually got the approval. I have watched his practice grow over the years. I assume a lot of people (sometimes myself also) want to be reassured countless times by their attorney. This is not good for both sides. We need to trust and let the professional do their job. Mr. Cui will talk to the point and answer emails promptly. I have referred several clients to him and he consulted with them and answered all their questions patiently. Whoever reads this review alongside the other negative reviews, should talk to Mr. Cui directly before making a judgment of his professionalism. Think about it, which attorney will actually threaten to call the Police on you unless you actually harass him. I have found Mr. Cui to be a very soft spoken and kind person. Give him a try and you will definitely not be disappointed. His fees are reasonable and expect a very high level of service. The USCIS is not easy to deal with and you need a good attorney BEFORE you find that you made a mistake.

100 percent agree with other reviewers. He is a thief.

I hope he loses his license. Even if you have a straightforward case, he WILL mess it up. That's what he did to our case. We lost more than 10,000 dollars. Very rude in his interactions, Has absolutely no immigration law knowledge. You are better off presenting your case than go to him. If there was ...a legal recourse to sue him, I would have. He would actualy threat you if you try to contact him. Never seen that in any professional. Only mistake we did was his fees were little less in the beginning. But, you will end up paying much more than if you go to a normal attorney. Stay away and only recommend him to your worst enemy.

I represented thousands of clients over the years. I received so many Thank You cards and small gifts from clients that warmed my heart. I was so blessed with such successful law practice. 90% of my clients were referred by my former clients. I also want my clients understand that ethic rules prohibit me from guaranteeing outcome of any cases. I worked diligently to represent my clients. Any lawyer will lose cases. But it is not the base to attack an attorney's competence. Please note clients who are not happy with my practice do have the forum to file complaints to State Bar. For my case, it is State Bar of Michigan http://www.michbar.org/, phone: (800) 968-1442. Untruthful comments about my legal practice with melicious intent will end you in a civil law suit.

Very disrespectful and unprofessional- STAY AWAY from this guy.

I am very glad to see a review about his unprofessionalism because I completely agree. He has been putting me down very disrespectfully many times. I would not recommend Charles Cui to anyone. He was very unprofessional and rude last several years after he took my case. I couldn't fire him because it... was already too late since he received all my fees. When I called to confirm matters and issues, he would get mad for calling him for questions. He thought I was ignorant that I didn't do enough research before calling him. I seriously think that his unprofessional manner should be punished. One time he yelled at me and said that he was going to call police. All I did was a follow-up call. When I e-mailed him regarding to my case, he said he will sue me and decide to withdraw from my case after receiving all the fees. Not to mention his lack of knowledge about immigration law. I was about to get deported from the US because he gave me an incorrect legal advice. I seriously think that his work was a waste of my time, stress and energy. I could have done a better job myself. If you currently have the same issue that I have, I would recommend to cancel your case.

I believe your nick name is [name removed]. I believe your profession is Architect. I consider you as a professional. I never put you down. I worked diligently for your permanent residence case. Your case is EB-3, you have to wait for years to receive permanent residence. Unfortunately you are not patient enough. You changed employer every 6 months and constantly moving to different states. You never notified me your address change. Your checks paid were bounced. Each time you lost your job and you would call me or email me to ask when you would receive your green card, again and again and again. I seriously doubted your mental state. Your called me "JERK" in email. You kept on calling my office after I told you not to do so. I had to inform you that if you continued to call, I'll call police to stop you, because it was harrassing. You threatened me in the email that I will lose my license if you were deported. Your outrageous behavior became so difficult that it was impossible for me to continue to represent you. Your outrageous languages over the phone and emails provoked me to consider civil law suit against you. Please note clients who are not happy with my practice do have the forum to file complaints to State Bar. For my case, it is State Bar of Michigan http://www.michbar.org/, phone: (800) 968-1442. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL; WASTE TIME AND MONEY

Rude and unprofessional. He gave me numerous wrong advices, which costs me to pay unnecessary $$$10K to proceed with the case. Once, I found out the fact from another attorney, he went very upset and said "there were no legal basis, you would end up getting nothing". He also said there was a rule not... to talk with 2 lawyers and once I broke this rule he would not do my case any more. I returned his email attaching a link clause from USCIS. 3 weeks later, he bluntly replied "I just realized it was legit." and he has the nerve to ask me to represent the case again. He is very rude and arrogant by the way. Be careful, I hope this only happens to me.

Thanat, are you the employee with MCSS, Inc.? You received your green card in 8 months through EB-2. You are still not happy? Did you have chance to talk to your boss Kiran and H.R. Nancy? I represented the company for 5 years now, and I have great working relationship with them. Normally I communicate with Nancy, and the company paid everything for you. I am not aware that you were not happy for your wife's I-485 filing? Which lawyer charged you $10k? Are you lying or you may contact their state bar for overcharging you. I told you clearly that I can file her I-485, which won't cost you a penny, but you never responded to me. Are you still with MCSS? I heard you quit your job right after you received your green card. Please note clients who are not happy with my practice do have the forum to file complaints to State Bar. For my case, it is State Bar of Michigan http://www.michbar.org/, phone: (800) 968-1442.
