I had a deeply disappointing experience with this firm and would not recommend them to anyone. Communication was a consistent issue, follow-ups were difficult to get, inquiries went unanswered, and the attorney was often unresponsive. The bulk of the work was delegated to staff who appeared overwhelm...ed, which led to delays and missed filings. The staff member, Amalfi, who I worked with frequently provided inaccurate information and, when errors occurred, the blame was redirected to the client rather than taking accountability. This is unacceptable in a legal setting where the stakes are high. Before engaging this firm, I strongly encourage anyone to do a simple Google search for Charles Cui, my attorney, and make your own informed decision based on what you find. If you want your case handled with professionalism, accuracy, and timely attention, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I would leave fewer than one star if the option were available.

Mr.Cui is so good at what he is doing. He does not overtalk, he just does his job properly and knows the law, that's why his results are always great. He was recommended to me by a very good friend who was in process of getting her greencard. Of course she got it, because he is the best. This week I ...also got mine (after almost 18 months of waiting). I have to mention it was employment base greencard. Mr.Cui has knowledge about everything. He explains VERY WELL, he is confident and makes you feel confident. For me he was always my Guardian Angel and whenever I had a question about my case, I called or emailed him/his assistants. He or his team would respond back immediately. The price is affordable and trust me, it's worth the money, because the satisfaction is guaranteed. I definitely recommend Charles Cui to every immigrant who wants to get the papers fast. I would say that he is in charge of helping you, and if you are stressed / anxious or impatient, that's not because of him. That's something controllable by you ONLY. Choose Mr.Cui as a lawyer and you won't regret. I am glad I listened to my friend's advice and I didn't choose another attorney, because he is Best in immigration services.

If I could award 10 stars to Charles Cui, I would do! I contacted Charles Cui by referral from his client in the past. Charles helped me to obtain my permanent residency based on EB/NIW application. From the first consulting meeting to the end, Charles and his team demonstrated a very proactive, resp...onsive, and responsible attitude. Throughout the whole process, they were very specific regarding documentation, procedures, timeframe, etc. They continuously kept me updated on the progress of my application. Within the expected timeframe, my application has been approved. Later, in December 2018 I attended the interview and obtained my Green Card. It was a wonderful and delightful experience to work with Charles and his team. Highly professional, knowledgable and experienced lawyer. Strongly recommended.

Charles is nice, helped with my greed card, the whole process from the consultation through filing and finally the interview, everything went smooth. He responds to email quick and gets things done fast. His price is reasonable compared to other attorneys in town. What I really had problem is with... his front desk. I went there 6 times, and every time that lady found a way to mess things up. I always made appointments ahead of time, but that lady would let walk ins take my spot, right when I'm literally standing next to the front desk. She once didn't call and cancel my appointment when the lawyer wasn't available. Very rude, never apologized for her mistakes, and literally hung up on me once when I didn't even finish my sentence on making appointment. I recommended my friend to Charles for green card service, he was also satisfied with how fast all the team acted, and how smooth the process went, however, he also had problems with the front desk.
