If I could award 10 stars to Charles Cui, I would do! I contacted Charles Cui by referral from his client in the past. Charles helped me to obtain my permanent residency based on EB/NIW application. From the first consulting meeting to the end, Charles and his team demonstrated a very proactive, resp...onsive, and responsible attitude. Throughout the whole process, they were very specific regarding documentation, procedures, timeframe, etc. They continuously kept me updated on the progress of my application. Within the expected timeframe, my application has been approved. Later, in December 2018 I attended the interview and obtained my Green Card. Charles Cui became more than just my immigration lawyer... he is my angel. I've had a lawyer before him that i was working with for years through a deportation hearing and this man never did a thing for me. The only reason my deportation case was dropped was because of the judge. By the grace of go...d i had friend refer me to Charles Chi and in about 6months i got my work permit and soon after my green card.
