I had a deeply disappointing experience with this firm and would not recommend them to anyone. Communication was a consistent issue, follow-ups were difficult to get, inquiries went unanswered, and the attorney was often unresponsive. The bulk of the work was delegated to staff who appeared overwhelm...ed, which led to delays and missed filings. The staff member, Amalfi, who I worked with frequently provided inaccurate information and, when errors occurred, the blame was redirected to the client rather than taking accountability. This is unacceptable in a legal setting where the stakes are high. Before engaging this firm, I strongly encourage anyone to do a simple Google search for Charles Cui, my attorney, and make your own informed decision based on what you find. If you want your case handled with professionalism, accuracy, and timely attention, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I would leave fewer than one star if the option were available.

Very unprofessional, he did not put attention in the case, he only put attention on the money. We explained our situation to him and he made it seem so easy on how to get what we wanted. Months later he was asking for information he already had and tried to give us another solution and asking for mor...e money with the first attempt going no where. My husband lost $2,500 dollars.

Charles is nice, helped with my greed card, the whole process from the consultation through filing and finally the interview, everything went smooth. He responds to email quick and gets things done fast. His price is reasonable compared to other attorneys in town. What I really had problem is with... his front desk. I went there 6 times, and every time that lady found a way to mess things up. I always made appointments ahead of time, but that lady would let walk ins take my spot, right when I'm literally standing next to the front desk. She once didn't call and cancel my appointment when the lawyer wasn't available. Very rude, never apologized for her mistakes, and literally hung up on me once when I didn't even finish my sentence on making appointment. I recommended my friend to Charles for green card service, he was also satisfied with how fast all the team acted, and how smooth the process went, however, he also had problems with the front desk.

I payed $50 consultation fee and he sat down with us for about 5 min he seemed rushed and didn't give me good clear information about the process. Didn't even ask me questions. All he was concerned about was me paying the $50 fee and out he went. I do not recommend him Glad I found KIKI Mosley she ...gave me a free consultation and took about an hour, asked all kinds of questions and explained everything In detail and made sure I understood everything.

Charles Cui became more than just my immigration lawyer... he is my angel. I've had a lawyer before him that i was working with for years through a deportation hearing and this man never did a thing for me. The only reason my deportation case was dropped was because of the judge. By the grace of go...d i had friend refer me to Charles Chi and in about 6months i got my work permit and soon after my green card. I always thought my case was a complicated one... at least this what my old lawyer would say. I guess it was only complicated for him because he did not know what he was doing. Charles Cui absolutely knows what he is doing. He did his research and just changed my life. At the age of 26 i can finally begin to live my life, I will be eternally grateful to this AMAZING man. I will make sure to recommend him to friends, family, strangers anyone who might need an immigration lawyer!
